Rules

A Liability Waiver must be signed by all persons before your investigation can begin.
We reserve the right to remove you or any part of your group for disruptive behavior or for creating a hostile or unsafe environment to others.
Removal or damage to any property will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and possible legal action.
No drugs, weapons, or alcohol allowed on the premises. Anyone suspected of being under the influence or carrying weapons will be asked to leave the building.
Please only use working facilities and restrooms that are designated by staff or host
Please do NOT attempt to gain access to any areas that are locked or taped off.
Do not open any windows in the building.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. You may smoke outside. Please discard all cigarette butts in the proper receptacle.
No Ouija boards, séances, or cleansing of spirits will be permitted.
Absolutely no photography or video image is to be used for personal profit without the expressed written permission from a Scare Tickets, LLC or Property Representative.
Tickets are non-refundable, we will not issue a refund for ANY reason. Your event date must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your date's event. If you cancel, your deposit can be used towards a new date within one year if available dates are available.

We are honored to be able to offer these ghost hunts to you. Please leave it as you found it – dispose of all trash in the proper trash receptacles, put away any tables and chairs you may have moved. We are dedicated to the restoration and preservation of these old building, please respect the premises as we do. Thank you for your understanding and support!
