Know Before You Go

• 5:00pm - 6:00pm ARRIVAL and TOUR - Guests will be asked to check-in and complete their waivers. Once done, guests will be gathered and our host will give a brief introduction. Your host is a  Paranormal expert who can answer your questions about the site and the paranormal. We offer an array of investigating gear for guests to use or you are welcome to bring your own.
• 6:00pm - 2:00am - TIME TO HUNT - Throughout the evening, guests will venture across our site visiting well-known paranormal hotspots and activity. Guests are encouraged to take photos, participate in EVP sessions, EMF, and even video their experience.
• 2:00am - WRAP UP - At 2:00am your investigation is concluded. Please pack all your belongings and gear up and ready yourself for departure.

Guests may return to their vehicles throughout the night to retrieve food, drink, extra batteries (etc.) The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden on property and would result in removal from the night’s tour without a refund.

Please be aware that our tours are rain or shine and  we also have running water and heat on-site, so please dress weather appropriately.and bring plenty of snacks and hydration.
